Academic and career counseling to support your professional growth and competency development including CDA credential or other certificate; enrollment in and completion of degree program in early education or related field

Help with identifying and accessing resources to advance your professional growth

Support in connecting theory with practice through reflection to apply your new skills and knowledge in the workplace

For Providers (Programs):

Guidance and support through the accreditation process and/or upward movement on QRIS

Consultation in the use of ECERS-R, ITERS-R, SACERS, and FCCERS-R, the Arnett Caregiver Interaction Scale or CLASS and the Program Administration Scale (PAS) or Business Administrations Scale (BAS)

Observation, evidence based assessment and reflective practice to adapt curriculum to the individual needs of each child

Assistance with development of MOU s between staff and programs to support the professional growth of educators
