How to Apply


You may apply for trainings in one of the following ways:

1. Apply on line via our secure shopping cart with a major credit card.

2. Download, print and fill out the order form (2 pages) below using a major credit card and then fax it to 413.734.6848.

3. Download, print and fill out the order form (2 pages) and mail with a check, money order or credit card information to: Preschool Enrichment Team, 174 Brush Hill Avenue, Room 302, West Springfield, MA 01089.
