An in depth Preschool Training designed for educators looking to understand and implement the guidelines and ERS: ECERS tools in their classroom/program. Delve deeper into your practice as a Preschool Teacher with your fellow Preschool colleagues. We will share & generate creative ways to connect the Preschool Learning Guidelines and the Environmental Rating Scale assessment tool with your daily practice as we develop curriculum you can actively use in your classroom. Hands on learning, using your classroom as a laboratory for experimentation and discovery, connecting with other professionals in the field. This will cover Curriculum training requirement for level 2, MA EEC Preschool Learning Guidelines for level 3, and increase understanding of the Environmental Rating Scale: ECERS assessment tool.You will need to bring a copy of the Guidelines for Preschool Learning Experiences (also known as the “green book”) to the Professional Development training. We will be referencing this document throughout our training.
