In this Professional Learning Community, participants are welcome to be a part of an interactive group discussion to share implementation challenges, best practice skills, and success stories. We will work together as a group to explore the universal challenges we face daily in the field of early childhood education. Topics such as supervision, center safety, supporting teaching with intentionality, and creating a positive DCF collaboration, will be used as a foundation to lead our group discussions. These topics will begin our journey and provide movement for further discussions and the paths they may lead us. Participants are encouraged to bring their own ideas, successes and needs to the PLC for open discussions. Opportunities for guest speakers will be provided based on group decisions.
