In this Professional Learning Community, participants are welcome to be a part of an interactive group discussion to share implementation challenges, best practice skills, and success stories. We will work together as a group to explore foundational aspects of teaching in an early childhood classroom. This forum will be used to engage in discussions with others in the field, to build upon ideas and classroom management support in the first few months of school. Topics such as setting a cohesive classroom routine, transitions, and classroom environment will be used as a foundation to lead our group discussions. Participants are encouraged to bring their own ideas, successes and needs to the PLC for open discussions
