The OST Leaders Cohort brings together site coordinators, administrators, and aspiring leaders to share best practices, learn about and develop strategies to enhance QRIS upward mobility, review EEC licensing policies, and practice using the tools necessary to evaluate your program. We are an active collaboration of leaders who provide feedback and suggestions to the Western Massachusetts OST community regarding trainings and professional development activities for our region.
