Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports (PBIS) is a systems approach to establishing the social culture and behavioral supports needed for all children in your program to thrive. Participants will identify the areas/behaviors which present the most challenges for their program. Program staff will work in program-based teams to develop an actual plan for modeling and reinforcing positive behavior in multiple program settings, monitoring behavior and measuring outcomes.
